Create a safe environment.................
Don’t interrupt when she/he talking , even if you need to put your hand over
your mouth to stop yourself. Learn to fight fairly don’t be her/his boss. Don’t
make threats always be friendly. Apologize when you know you should. If you’re
too angry to really listen, stop! Go into another place, take space for
yourself, breathe and “calm down.” And always
be cool………………………….
